During the first week of ELI programming, the ELI offers registration and orientation sessions for students who take the ELI placement test each term. While specific dates change each term, you can expect the following schedule on your first week of ELI programming:

Wednesday:
ELI Registration: Students meet with an ELI Administrator to receive ELI level and choose classes.
ELI Activities Orientation: ELI Activities Coordinator provides information about extracurricular activities offered by the ELI and resources on campus.
Thursday:
ELI Academic and Cultural Orientations: ELI Student Services Supervisor provides information about ELI academic and program policies and requirements, study tips, culture shock, and mental health resources in Pittsburgh.
